Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Thinkdart Digital. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide digital strategy, branding, web development, UI/UX design, and related marketing services. All projects are governed by a separate signed proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) which forms part of these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required to commence any project.
  • Remaining 50% is due upon project completion or as agreed in the SOW.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started, except as stated in the signed agreement.
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

3. Project Timeline & Delays

Timelines are estimates. Delays caused by client feedback, content, or approvals may extend delivery dates. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

4. Revisions

Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

5. Ownership & License

Upon full and final payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables (excluding third-party licenses, fonts, stock images, or code libraries which remain licensed). Source files (Figma, PSD, etc.) are provided only if explicitly included in the proposal.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content, access, and approvals. You warrant that all materials you provide do not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private during and after the project term.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You will be liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Thinkdart Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
